In a career that spans over four decades, Felicity made her on screen debut in 1984 as a core cast member of Land of Hope and her radio play debut in 1985 with Cyclone Tracey (ABC).
Felicity is a graduate of the Full Time Acting Conservatory at Atlantic Theater Company New York and studied Classical Theatre at LAMDA in London. She has completed further training with acting teachers Karen Kohlhaas, Nadia Townsend, Ivana Chubbuck & Anthony Brandon Wong. Felicity is a proud atyp alumni and scholarship holder, and performed with the company. Felicity has trained with internationally renowned voice coaches Emily Caigan, Juliet Jordan, Susan Finch, Lindsey Lawson, Mel Churcher, May Pusey and Patsy Rodenburg and more recently studying accents and voice with Knight-Thompson Speechwork.
Whether lending her voice to a brand or embodying a character, she brings technical control with warmth and relatability, shifting between dialects, physical and psychological states with ease. She is best known for her commercial campaigns; GWM Haval, Pillow Talk, Bring up Respect & UNICEF and for her portrayal as Naya the Dream Fairy in over 60 meditations for the app Surfing on a Cloud.
In her solo show, I May Fly, Time Out London acknowledged her ability with accents and comedy, and The Stage UK remarked on her skills of physical transformation for character portrayal on stage.
Felicity is a very experienced narrator of both fiction and non-fiction audiobooks covering many genres and accents. Her narration of You Need to Know by Nicola Moriarty made the Top 2021 listings incl;

Felicity’s Screen Credits include; Not Russian Anywhere (2025) as Lara, a fiercely overprotective matriarch, The Pool (2023) as Older Ari, recovering from a stroke after years of unresolved grief, Evicted: A Modern Romance (2022) as Janice, a colourful permissive mother, Doctor Doctor (2017), as Harriet, a farmgirl birthing triplets by surprise, Bump (2024) as Jaime, overly efficient chemotherapy nurse with compassion fatigue.

Felicity Jurd graduated from the Atlantic Theater Company Acting School (New York) in 1999.
A third generation actor, Felicity made her television debut at age eight, as Young Mary Quinn in Land of Hope (1986) and her voice over debut in ABC Radio’s Cyclone Tracey (1985) which lead to her working on A Country Practice (1981).
In 1993, she won a 12 month scholarship at atyp (Australian Theatre for Young People) and went on to perform in plays with the company. On stage she is best known for “I May Fly” which spans the 75 year career of actress May Pusey which was performed in Sydney, London & New York.
She appeared in Green Means Stop (2012) starring Pooja Shah written and directed by Will Middleton, which won Best Community Film at the Rob Knox Film Festival in London.
Further screen credits include; The Drover’s Wife, DUST, Waiting for God, Home & Away, Doctor Doctor. Commercial campaigns as an actor in the UK, NZ & Australia incl; Choosi (AU), Samsung Galaxy (Global), Little Angels Nappies (UK), AMI (NZ), NSW & QLD Law Society (AU), Richmond Foods (UK) and more.
An established voice artist, she has worked extensively on national campaigns including; Bring up Respect (AU), Heinz (AU), Nicabate (AU), Quickbooks (AU), Sendro Group (AU), King (AU), eHarmony (AU), GHD Hair (UK), Nurofen (AU) & Wentworth (UK). She played Principal Duvall & Constable Fernandez for the ABC Kids podcast, Mackeroy Uncovered.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature & French Language from Macquarie University and has voiced many audiobooks including the best sellers; You Need to Know by Nicola Moriarty, Summertime by Danielle Celermejer, Double Deal by John M. Green, One Punch by Julie Fison and Daughters of Eve by Nina D. Campbell.
