Anna Daniels is a journalist and presenter from Rockhampton in Central Queensland and loves to champion country Australia. She is lucky enough to voice the role of Lucky’s Mum, Janelle in the worldwide phenomenon Bluey!
Anna has also been guest presenting on Back Roads on ABC TV and prior to that on The Project and Landline. In 2017, her debut novel ‘Girl In Between’, a comedy drama set in Rocky, was shortlisted for the Vogel Award and published by Allen & Unwin. Anna kickstarted her career by co-winning ABC Radio’s Comedy Segment of the Year Award with Michelle Crowther for her ‘interview gone wrong’ with Russell Crowe. In 2008, Anna and Anne Edmonds created the ABC’s first online sketch comedy series, set in Darwin. Anna now lives in Sydney.

With a great passion for comedy, Anna kicked off her presenting career with the ABC, co-winning the networks ‘Comedy Segment of the Year Award’ for her interview with Russell Crowe. She then went on to co-create and act in the ABC’s first online comedy series, ‘Tough at the Top’, with acclaimed comedian and Edge of the Bush star, Anne Edmonds.
