Teresa Lim

Teresa is an established and well-regarded Voice Actor and Presenter with over 20 years of experience in broadcast and commercial media. With a Bachelor of Journalism and early career as a newsreader, Teresa brings clarity, warmth, and versatility to every read. She was the female promo voice for Cartoon Network and Boomerang TV for 7 years and also the network voice for FOX SPORTS Netball Australia. She presents Real Insurance TVCs nationally and regularly appears in Australian tourism print advertising.

Her voice has featured in national and international campaigns for major brands, and she has also narrated government and corporate content. Teresa’s professional and friendly presence is well-respected by studios and repeat clients alike, and she is a self-confessed audio-gear nerd who loves microphones and helping fellow voice actors set up home studios and Source-Connect.

Within the community, Teresa serves as Vice-President of the Australian Association of Voice Actors and is a recognised industry leader as an annual PROMAX and SOVAS Voice Arts® Awards Judge and International Ambassador. She has addressed the Australian Parliament in the Federal Senate Enquiry into the Adoption of AI in Australia, and is actively involved in developing ethical AI frameworks within broadcasting in Australia. Teresa is also a member of the Asian Leadership Project, where she delivered a keynote speech at the National Conference, addressing industry racism. She is passionate about diversity and women in studios, and seeing human voices protected throughout the advancement of AI technology.
