Peter Mcallum

Peter McAllum’s voice is a rescue package.  A happy hamper for clients and studios who have the dreaded “straight” script but go looking for more.  If you pack a Peter McAllum you’ll never have that lost feeling in the session.  We’ve all been there right? Make the bland interesting, make the mundane a curiosity, make the client happy.  Make mine McAllum.  As a child, Peter listened to his dear Mum. Because now as an adult he has an outside voice and an inside voice.  Outside Peter can show you the guttering and tell you the whole thing is rusted. Maybe lead you up a ladder and onto the roof.  Inside he’ll quietly and solidly go through your tax returns to recommend an accountant or plan your super.  You’d be pleased if it was Peter’s voice as your dentist.  Peter is an open shirt at the golf club, the good looking older gent in the pool shop and the smart guy who invested well when everyone else thought he was crazy……..guess who’s laughing now?  A youthful baby boomer dressed in denim and motor cycle boots, our ex-pat Kiwi can just as easily flip this image to one of character actor, as if all the world really is a stage and he’s willing to play the myriad of roles that come his way.
