Sam Smith is a voice artist and actor who has worked across the mediums of Film, Television, Radio and Theatre. His past work as a voice artist includes being the voice of IMB bank for 5 years currently and ongoing, Mosh mens health and multiple audiobook narration both fiction and non fiction. Sam has appeared in several award winning films including Jennifer Kent’s The Nightingale, Leigh Whannell’s The Invisible Man and Benjamin Gilmore’s Jirga winner of both the AACTA best indie film and Australia’s submission for the Academy Awards best foreign language film. Sam has a natural ear for dialects and his vocal range spans from children and young adults. In Penguin books The Freedom Circus and award winning writer Christian White's Wild Place he narrates both as a young Russian child and a 16 year old girl, and as far out as a disembodied voice of consciousness itself which he did for an interactive show at Broken Hill Regional Art Gallery. This particular performance was later turned into a 10 track album.
