Cooper Mortlock is a Stage, Screen and Voice Actor from Sydney, Australia, currently based in the UK. He is a graduate of the Academy of Film, Theatre and Television and is also certified as a Stage and Screen Combatant.
Cooper has lent his voice to various high profile commercial clients including global campaign for Canva, SAE, Liv Munro, Oxford Landing Wine and Westpac as well as both the NSW and SA Governments. He has portrayed several Video Game Characters, most notably Belphegor in Solinum Infernum, the Sarcophagus in ‘Black Reliquary’, Princes Amrothos in the Age of Empires mod, ‘Age of the Ring’ and Velnos Rozan in ‘Killer Gin’ including audio drama titles ‘The Strata’, ‘Grimloch’, ‘The Sojourn’ and various episodes of ‘Cold Open Stories’ Audiobook narration across several chapters of the Audiobook ‘Wild Dark Shore’ , by Charlotte McConaghy.
On Screen, Cooper is best known for roles in the SBS TV Series ‘Night Bloomers’ and Screen Australia’s Web Series ‘Shippers’. His work in Feature Films include a lead role in ‘Livin’ the Dream’, a Zombie in ‘Little Monsters’, and providing the voice of Satan in ‘A Date with Death’.
At the Edinburgh Fringe, Cooper is currently in rehearsals for ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ and ‘Julius Caesar’. While on the Australian Stage, he has worked on ‘The Snow Angel of Antarctica’, ‘Bad Smoke’, ‘Love and Information, ’ ‘Romeo and Juliet’ and ‘The Comedy of Errors’. Additionally, Cooper has worked as a Scare Actor, playing a Vampire and a Mad Scientist in the Halloween Event, ‘Ghost on the Rocks’. He currently works as a Storyteller at ‘The Real Mary King’s Close’ on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh.
When not performing, Cooper enjoys training Martial Arts, hanging out with his dogs and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
