Aaron Cartwright is an award winning voice artist and actor with extensive experience in radio, television & cinema with 36 years as a voice actor and 44 years in broadcast media.
Aaron started his career in acting and vocal training at the Actors studio in Sydney. He has also completed various voice trading courses at AFTRS.
He has been the voice behind local, national & international brands including
Kellogg, CANON, Boeing, Mercedes Benz, Qantas, LEXUS, The New York Museum, Kronenbourg beer, WARNER Bros, Clipsal 500, Daimler Chrysler, National Geographic, South Australian Tourism, RSPCA, Australian National Rail, Hardy’s wines, Fox Sports, NEDS, Tennis Australia and promotions for the Seven Network. Some recent work has been for Suzuki, Toberlerone & MLC Money View.
Aaron has voiced for clients in Asia, London and New York and on feature films TOUCH and A MONTH OF SUNDAYS and numerous documentaries including THE LONG MARCH, TOTAL WAR and recently THE POPE & THE DEVIL.
He has appeared in many tv shows including RAFFERTY’S RULES, E STREET, A COUNTRY PRACTICE and G.P for ABC TV.
His theatre work includes EXTREMETIES, BENT and Berkoff’s GREEK and other usually villainous roles.
Aaron toured the country in BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT with Frank Finlay & Nyree Dawn Porter and was directors assistant to British Director David Gilmore on the above and LEND ME A TENOR.
Other TV and film credits include Constable Murphy in ACT OF BETRAYAL for BBC TV, Major Wilcox in ANZAC GIRLS, Cohen in WASTELANDER PANDA: EXILE, Richard in Warwick Thornton’s FIREBITE, and recently as Bennett in the Netflix series TERRITORY.
