The Qantas Founders Museum is celebrating the airline’s centenary this year with a high-tech lightshow in outback Queensland.
The dazzling display aims to draw big crowds to the Longreach attraction, which has been struck by coronavirus restrictions.
Museum vice-chairman, Graeme Wills, says the show celebrates the airline’s 2020 centenary.
“A very futuristic sound and light show using modern technology [will be used] to tell the story of Qantas,” he said.
“In fact even going back before the start of Qantas.”
