Can you help cast a project or suggest talent?
Absolutely. We regularly assist casting directors, producers, and creatives by curating custom shortlists based on your brief. We’re also proactive in pitching emerging and established talent we believe in.
Do you represent voiceover and on-screen talent?
Yes—we represent both. Many of our artists work across both voice and screen, and we can you help find the right fit for your project.
Do you offer self-tape or demo samples?
Yes, most of our talent have demos and showreels available – please refer to their profile page. If you need a custom read or tape, we can coordinate that swiftly.
How do I apply to be represented by Scout Management?

Do I need experience to be represented?
While experience helps, we also consider emerging talent with strong potential, training, and a professional attitude.
Can you help me get voiceover work if I’m just starting out?
If you’re new to voiceover, we recommend getting training and a professional demo reel before applying. We guide represented talent on demo creation, coaching, and industry standards.
How do I submit an audition?
If you’re invited to audition, you’ll receive a Dropbox or email link with instructions. Please ensure you follow formatting and deadline requirements carefully.
