THE CHARITABLE SISTERHOOD OF THE SECOND TRINITY VICTORY CHURCH is a moving Christian comedy based on a stage play. Despite a coming storm, three women gather at their Virginia church in 1977 to help the founder of their church charity, Bea, sort clothes for needy people. The women gossip, and Bea is rather bossy, which leads to plenty of laughs. Their evening is disrupted suddenly when an unexpected stranger appears.
